Hey There! Welcome to Snap & Clear Podcast!

Who we are

Our Brand Story

In the world of sports, every snap is a new beginning—an opportunity to reset, focus, and take on the next play. But what happens when the final whistle blows, the lights dim, and the roar of the crowd fades away? For many athletes, transitioning from the playing field to the real world is filled with uncertainty, new challenges, and the daunting task of redefining who they are without the game they once knew.

"Snap & Clear" was born from this exact crossroads. Hosted by two former linebackers, Darrin Kirkland Jr. and Quart'e Sapp, from the University of Tennessee. They once stood shoulder to shoulder under the bright lights of Neyland Stadium, running through the T for the Volunteers. This podcast is more than just a conversation—it's a mission to create a safe haven for former athletes navigating the complexities of life after sports.

Snap & Clear" is dedicated to every former athlete out there who feels the weight of uncertainty and the sting of self-doubt. Through honest conversations, expert insights, and shared experiences, we tackle the mental health challenges that come with leaving the game behind. Whether it's rediscovering identity, battling the stigma of asking for help or finding new ways to channel the competitive spirit, this podcast is here to remind you that you're not alone—and that there is life, growth, and fulfillment beyond the field.

Welcome to "Snap & Clear"—where the journey continues, and your best plays are still ahead.
